Veg Pakora** is a popular Indian street food and tea-time snack, known for its crispy texture and flavorful taste. It is made by mixing a variety of chopped vegetables like onions, potatoes, spinach, cauliflower, and sometimes carrots or bell peppers with a spiced gram flour (besan) batter.  

The batter is seasoned with spices like turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, and ajwain (carom seeds) for an aromatic kick. The vegetable mixture is then dropped in small portions into hot oil and deep-fried until golden and crispy.  

Veg Pakoras are light, crunchy, and packed with flavor, making them a favorite during monsoon rains or cold evenings. They are typically served hot with tangy tamarind chutney, mint chutney, or ketchup, and paired with a steaming cup of masala chai for the perfect indulgence.
